MANAGING DIRECTOR

Richard Lindell

Richard Lindell is Managing Director at Corporate Leaders Network, working with CEOs and board members of listed and private companies to build networks, sharpen leadership and navigate the challenges of senior roles.

Richard believes leadership flourishes when senior executives have a trusted space to exchange insight, test ideas and shape their next move.

He previously served as Director of the International CEO Forum where he supported 350 CEOs of Australian subsidiaries of multinational organisations, and spent more than 15 years in senior journalism roles at ABC News, Sky News and SBS, including a posting as India Correspondent.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of New  South  Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the University  of  Technology  Sydney. He is also a member of the Australian  Institute  of  Company  Directors.

Melissa Hamilton

Melissa is Director at Corporate Leaders Network and Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator at The Brave Group. She works with CEOs and senior executives to help them lead with greater awareness, confidence, and impact.

Melissa believes courageous, inclusive leadership is critical to building the workplaces and cultures of the future. Through her work, she helps leaders, particularly women, move past self-limiting narratives and own their ambition, creating the conditions for diverse talent to thrive.

As a former CEO leading more than 4,500 people, Melissa brings real-world experience to every conversation. She is also the creator and host of the Brave Feminine Leadership podcast, featuring candid interviews with more than 120 CEOs and directors on the realities of modern leadership.

Melissa continues to serve as an Executive Mentor and Non-Executive Director, working with organisations committed to developing the next generation of leaders.

Sacha Albert

Sacha Albert is our Client Services Director, she is experienced working with business leaders and senior executives to deliver high-impact programs and events that inspire learning, collaboration, and connection.

Sacha believes that when leaders come together to share experience and perspective, they accelerate progress for themselves and their organisations.

For the past eight years, she has played a central role at Corporate Leaders Network, curating events and member experiences that connect executives with peers, policymakers, and thought leaders across sectors. Previously, Sacha spent five years with CEO Forum Group, delivering government and investment forums in Australia and New Zealand and managing an extensive program of executive retreats and briefings.

Sue Moran

Sue Moran is our Membership Director and works with senior executives to strengthen their professional networks and foster meaningful engagement across the Corporate Leaders Network community.

Sue believes that trusted relationships and active participation are the foundation of effective leadership and professional growth.

She has spent the past six years helping CLN’s members connect, collaborate, and share insights, drawing on more than 25 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders. Before joining CLN, Sue worked with CEO Forum Group, where she managed professional development networks for multinational CEOs and executive assistants, and led member acquisition and engagement initiatives.
